Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Faves- Oh my goodness if you faved something you should understand that while I may not thank you I'm really quite grateful. I just don't have the time or drive to go and thank every one. Llamas - Um... gee thanks... I'll uh... go...and buy a stable....for it? I sometimes return Llamas and sometimes don't. Watches- I only really watch people that are my friends that I have gotten to know really well or people that I really really admire.
